Sunlite Australia was established in 1985 when John Blair purchased the company. Originally purchased as a small skylight business with only a few employees, John moved the business into the commercial market specialising in overhead glazing, polycarbonate and high-performance glass structures. The company continued to grow, securing many large projects Australia-wide, including ongoing business with Westfield and Mulitplex, as well as projects in the Middle East and Asia. During the late 90’s, John moved the company into architectural shading, specialising in aluminium louvre systems and in 2007, the business was handed over to Cameron Blair. With a solid background in manufacturing, construction, metal engineering and building, Cameron continued to grow the business into a well-known brand within the building and construction industries. Sunlite now has over 30 employees operating out of our head office and factory in Western Australia, and our sales and project management office and factory in New South Wales. We service residential and commercial markets throughout Australia, specialising in residential, low-rise and mid-rise apartment work in city and coastal environments. Sunlite management and trade staff consist of highly qualified individuals, totalling over 100 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves on manufacturing and supplying Australian designed, engineered, fabricated and installed shading solutions.
