Established in 1985, Sunlite Australia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the manufacturing and construction industry. As an owner – operated company, we have a good understanding of what our clients require and how best to meet their needs.

John Blair purchased the company in 1985, as a small skylight business with 5 – 6 employees and moved the business into the commercial market specialising in overhead glazing, polycarbonate and high performance glass structures. John secured many large projects Australia wide with business such as Westfield and Mulitplex, and also carried out projects in the Middle East and Asia. During the late 90’s John moved the company into architectural shading – specialising in aluminium louvre systems.

In 2007 John handed the business over to Cameron Blair. Cameron having a solid background and understanding in manufacturing and construction industries, metal engineering and building, has gone on to grow the business into a well known brand within the building and construction industry.

Sunlite has grown to over 30 employees operating out of our head office and factory on the west coast, and sales and project management office and factory on the east coast. We service residential and commercial markets throughout Australia, specialising in residential, low-rise and mid-rise apartment work in city and coastal environments.

Sunlite management and trade staff consist of highly qualified and experienced individuals, totalling over 100 years of combined experience. Sunlite’s company ethos is based on professionalism and friendliness with an outlook of, “small enough to care, big enough to compete.”
